Employee Quest began in 2022 when our founder – a local South African developer – heard the repeated frustrations of his family and friends who were in similar industries: employees hated using the tools designed to track their work but managers need to know their whereabouts, what was the company to do?
After trying international solutions that were either too expensive, too complex, or simply didn't address local business needs, Sebastian decided to build something different. Something that employees would actually want to use.
